The most convenient way is to fill in the order form on the website and wait for us to contact you. We will then clarify all the necessary details and proceed to order fulfilment.
If your files are large and you cannot upload them through the site, please use the wetransfer.com service to upload files and send us your order details to orders@muze.lv. Placing the order provide the following information: which fabric is ordered, which files go to which fabric, order amount per file, file printing scale and delivery information.
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. For example, the cost of delivery of a parcel (up to 10 meters of fabric) is as follows:
EU countries — 10,90 EUR
United States and Canada — 10,90 EUR
Baltic countries — 7,00 EUR
The rest of the world — from 19,90 EUR
The number of designs placed on the fabric per order is unlimited. The price is based on the total order amount of a single fabric type within an order. For example, you can order 100 meters of one fabric with the same design or 100 meters with 10 different designs. In this case the price will be taken from the volume category of 100 meters.
For rush orders it is 1-2 business days.
For regular orders, the lead time is usually 2-10 business days.
